My order arrived quickly from Italy, which was a pleasant surprise. I had some concerns about the size, but it turned out just right, similar to my usual fit. I’m usually between 8.5 and 9, and I went with 9 since they have a pointy design, and it was a perfect choice. Absolutely love them! I’m quite particular about my footwear, so I’m thrilled that these exceeded my expectations!

The sandals are nice, but they fell apart quickly. They said they would cover the repair costs. I didn’t use them during winter and got the fix done in spring. After that, they didn’t want to reimburse me for the 15€ repair, even though I could have easily returned them. Really disappointing service!

All my interactions with this company have been friendly, helpful, and super quick. Buying shoes from another country just by looking at pictures online can be tricky, what with all the sizing and fit differences. However, their website is solid and they really make an effort to provide plenty of details for customers. They do have a decent return policy, but living in the US makes it a bit tough to use. So far, I've placed two orders with them.

I'm really into the sandals I picked up. They might not be the comfiest, but they sure are the most fashionable ones I've ever had. And trust me, I've had my fair share. However, there were a few hiccups:

First off, the sizing. I went for a half size smaller (9 US) than my usual (9.5 US) and they were still way too loose! Ended up grabbing a second pair in (8 US) to get the right fit. The 8's are just right.

Next, the website experience. It took me a good three or four tries to finally get through their checkout. It's a real mess! If you attempt to check out with PayPal, you’ll see order details from tons of customers before you, all over the globe. Their names, addresses, and what they ordered. The security is a major concern, and the whole ordering system is super glitchy and tough to navigate. There are way too many unnecessary and confusing steps involved. I'm pretty tech-savvy, and it still took me a while to get my order in, having to return after several failed tries before it finally worked.

These remind me of the sandals I used to grab as a kid, made of leather, hand-stitched, and tough. They mold to your feet in no time, and I find myself reaching for them repeatedly when I want a comfy shoe that's easy to slip on and off. Plus, the price was quite reasonable, especially since they’re shipped all the way from Italy!

I got my gladiator sandals today and I'm super excited about them! They’re crafted so well! The dark brown leather straps and footbed are just beautiful, not to mention the soles. The ankle ties are quite lengthy, allowing for various wrapping styles. I’m shocked these were less than $100, 'cause they look like a $250 pair of sandals. Can't wait to rock 'em!

I searched high and low for genuine leather, stylish comfy sandals. This Italian shop offered speedy service with a top-notch product that I've struggled to locate in the U.S. I definitely suggest checking them out!
